Job Summary:
Under general direction, this experienced role uses specialized recruiting knowledge and skills to initiate a high volume of outbound calls to experienced financial advisors with the goal of creating interest in exploring an affiliation with Raymond James. Using a consultative approach, assist advisors to identify the best affiliation option for their practice and work to create next steps with our recruiting partners. Conduct follow-up calls, arrange next steps, and continue to collaborate in the recruiting process with the advisor(s) and all relationships on a proactive basis. Act in a professional sales and marketing capacity to build relationships and help meet firm, team, and individual goals.
The opportunity is eligible for commission, in addition to the annual base salary.
