Immediate need for a talented Sr. Oracle Weblogic / BI Administrator with experience in the Telecom Industry. Job ID.: 18-22844 Key Responsibilities: Description: Candidate should be a Senior level Oracle Weblogic / Business Intelligence (OBIEE) suite administrator to join our IT infrastructure/operations team to support including but not limited to Weblogic, OBIEE, Oracle Hyperion Enterprise Performance management suite Shared Services, Essbase, Essbase Admin services, Provider services, Smartview, Planning and HFM. Candidate will also be involved in migration of on-premise/virtual servers in AWS cloud platform. We are seeking candidates with excellent problem solving skills and a team player working with other team members to accomplish the goal. Candidate should possess the relevant technical expertise from a variety of different fields including Linux/Windows systems administration, database design and optimization. JOB TITLE: Sr. Oracle Weblogic / BI Administrator JOB DUTIES: MUST HAVE SKILLS: • 7+ years of experience in Install / Configure / Upgrade / Administer Oracle WebLogic and Oracle Fusion Middleware including problem resolution, break fix, enhancements and optimization • Experience in Install / Configure / Upgrade / Administer SOA 10g and 11g including problem resolution, break fix, enhancements and optimization • Experience in Install / Configure / Upgrade / Administer Oracle OBIEE including problem resolution, break fix, enhancements and optimization • Experience in Oracle weblogic server security configurations including SSL certificate installation and configuration. • Experience in SSL encryption for OBIEE/Hyperion Essbase/Planning/SOA/ODI/DRM. • Experience as WebLogic Administrator, with knowledge in clustering, JMS, Connection Pools, J2EE Deployments, Thread Dump Analysis. • Experience in developing automated build and deployment scripts for SOA and J2ee components. • Configuring and deploying applications on cloud foundry. • Experience in installing, upgrading, troubleshoot issues in BAM, BPM and ODI. • Experience in performing operational tasks and activities (e.g. Monitoring log files, performance tuning, application monitoring and migration between environments.) • Experience with UNIX systems (Solaris and Linux), Shell scripting. • Knowledge of web infrastructure like load balancers /Firewall/DNS. • Experience in installing, upgrading, troubleshoot issues in Sentinel for monitoring. • Experience in various XML technologies XML, XSLT and XQuery. • Experience in J2EE Design Patterns like Service Locator, DAO, DTO and Business Delegate etc. • Experience in Configuring and Deploying J2ee Applications in variety of Application servers such as Web logic 10g & 11g, Oc4j and Web server such as Apache. • Experience in developing applications in Agile Methodologies.? DESIRED SKILLS: • Experience in Install / Configure / Upgrade / Administer Hyperion EPM, Hyperion Planning, HFM, DRM including problem resolution, break fix, enhancements and optimization. • Administration of AWS instances, creating S3 buckets and pursuing AWS certification in parallel. • Administration of automated job scheduling technologies ESPx. • Experience in using various IDEs such as My Eclipse, Eclipse, JDeveloper 11g and Net Beans. • Experience in Configuration Management using tools such as SVN, CVS, ADE, also in creating Branch and Tags for the multiple code base versions • Experience in using XML parsers like JAXP & JAXB. • Experience in Cloud Foundry and Web Services. • Experience in Exalytics Linux/Sparc Operating System maintenance/upgrade. • Experience in Redhat Linux Administration(Preferabily RHCE trainning). • Experience in SSO with CA Siteminder on Windows and Linux platform. Problem Solving - Identifies critical issues with ease. - Exhibits confidence and an extensive knowledge of emerging industry practices when solving business problems. - Pushes creative thinking beyond the boundaries of existing industry practices and client mindsets. Technical Understanding - Possess understanding in the areas of application programming, database and system design. Project Execution - Document, validate, and manage requirements - Walk through the functional requirements, create test strategy, create test plan, test cases, execute test cases. EDUCATION/CERTIFICATIONS: - Bachelor’s or foreign equivalent degree in Computer Science or Computer Information Systems - Oracle Hyperion Administration certification will be a plus REQUIRED SHIFT: Standard 9-5 shift, Weekend work may be required when production patching / maintenance / issues occur.
