ABOUT THE ROLE
The Sr. Operations Specialist leads the performance, reliability, and operational readiness of Clnera''s utility-scale solar and battery energy storage portfolio. You will be responsible for portfolio reporting and analytics, reliability and warranty programs, inventory governance, commercial coordination, and operational initiatives that improve asset performance and lifecycle outcomes.
WHAT YOU''LL DO
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
Education: Bachelor's degree in engineering, operations management, business, related field, or equivalent years of experience.
Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations, asset management, maintenance planning, project coordination, data analysis, or related field. Renewable energy experience is preferred.
Technology: Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, and an ability to learn company-specific software programs, tools, processes, and machines.
Skills/Attributes:
Strong understanding of utility-scale solar and battery energy storage operations, maintenance practices, warranties, and equipment lifecycle management.
Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to develop meaningful reports, dashboards, and operational insights.
Knowledge of inventory management, spare parts strategy, budget planning, contracts, procurement coordination, and warranty administration.
Ability to manage cross-functional projects and operational initiatives with minimal supervision.
Strong communication skills with the ability to present technical and operational information to diverse stakeholders.
Self-motivated to work through complex problems and competing priorities, including a high level of detail and organization.
Effective verbal and written communication skills.
