Job Description:
Serve as the lead technical expert driving design, development, and governance of Oracle Fusion ERP integrations and enterprise technical solutions.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
- Lead design and development of complex RICEW (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Extensions, Workflows) solutions
- Architect and implement Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) integrations and orchestration
- Act as escalation point for P1/P2 incidents with root cause analysis and resolution
- Define and enforce security protocols (OAuth, API Gateway) and performance tuning
- Establish enterprise integration standards and long-term technical roadmap
- Develop solutions using Groovy, VBCS, PaaS, BI Publisher, and Oracle AI tools
- Provide mentorship and architectural direction to development teams
Requirements:
Must-Haves:- 6–8 years of Oracle Fusion ERP experience (RICEW development)
- Expert-level Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) experience (adapters, orchestration)
- Strong hands-on development (Groovy, VBCS, PaaS, BI Publisher, PL/SQL)
- Experience with enterprise integrations across ERP/SCM/GTM systems
- Deep understanding of SOA, microservices, APIs, and security protocols
- Functional knowledge of finance and supply chain modules
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to handle multiple technical priorities in a fast-paced environment
Nice-to-Haves:- Experience with Oracle Cloud transformation initiatives
- CI/CD tools experience (FlexDeploy or similar)
- Oracle certifications (Fusion, OIC, Database)
