Senior Network Engineer to support its Santa Clara campus network environment. This role will replace a long-tenured engineer and requires a hands-on network professional capable of supporting enterprise campus infrastructure, wireless environments, and day-to-day operational activities. Responsibilities
- Provide advanced troubleshooting and support for enterprise network environments
- Support campus routing and switching infrastructure
- Troubleshoot user connectivity issues and network performance problems
- Support Cisco wireless environments and resolve wireless-related incidents
- Assist with network upgrades, installations, and maintenance activities
- Partner with global network engineering teams on initiatives and escalations
- Analyze network performance and recommend improvements
- Support production and office network environments Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of network engineering experience
- Strong Cisco routing and switching expertise
- Experience supporting enterprise campus networks
- Hands-on Cisco wireless troubleshooting experience
- Experience with network monitoring and operational support
- Strong troubleshooting skills across LAN/WAN environments
- Excellent communication and customer-facing skills Preferred Qualifications
- Cisco DNAC (DNA Center) experience
- Cisco Client knowledge
- Palo Alto firewall experience
- Experience supporting semiconductor or manufacturing environments
- Cisco certifications (CCNP preferred)
