Sr Network Engineer

We are seeking a IP/Core Engineer with previous experience with a Service Provider. Experience designing and troubleshooting complex network topologies. Ability to reverse engineer existing designs. OSPF, BGP, Palo Alto etc. are skills sought. 

Experience in Reverse Engineering

Thorough understanding of basic network concepts
Experience designing and troubleshooting complex network topologies
Very comfortable with the CLI
Able to understand and review packet captures
Self-starter and ability to reverse engineer existing designs - this is critical; they need a candidate that can hit the ground running. 
Experience with writing detailed documentation and drawings
Experience (Routing & Switching)
Hard focus on routing and switching
Not a significant focus on collaboration, wireless, Cisco ASA/ISE
Not a significant focus on ACI or SD-WAN
Routing Protocols: OSPF and BGP
Overlays: VXLAN
VPNs: GRE, IPSec, L2VPN, L3VPN
Understanding of VRFs and route-leaking
Segmenting routing 
Experience (Security)
Experience with firewalls and security (preferably Palo Alto Networks)
Experience (Systems)
Must be comfortable with Linux operating system
Work History
5-10 years of engineering-level experience
Can speak in detail about the design, implementation, and operation of past projects
