Your Role at Delta Faucet:

Are you a senior network engineer ready to shape how our enterprise stays connected? As a Senior Network Engineer, you will be accountable for the architecture, performance, reliability, and security of enterprise network services across multiple sites - including routing and switching, wireless, firewalls, remote connectivity, and network automation. Wireless is a core focus, with modernization and ongoing tuning needed as manufacturing environments evolve.

Responsibilities:

  • Advance the architecture, design, and lifecycle management of enterprise network solutions across LAN, WAN, WLAN, and hybrid cloud environments.
  • Drive the enterprise wireless strategy and serve as technical lead for wireless modernization initiatives, including design, deployment, RF tuning, site surveys, capacity planning, and post-deployment optimization - with emphasis on supporting manufacturing environments where floor layouts and equipment placement change frequently.
  • Lead the network automation approach, including configuration management, patching, and compliance using Cisco Catalyst Center, Ansible, and Python. Provide Tier 3 support for complex network and wireless issues; lead root cause analysis and drive long-term remediation.
  • Mentor and develop junior engineers, establishing standard methodologies and growing team technical capabilities.
  • Configure and optimize Palo Alto firewalls and Panorama to support secure network architecture and segmentation.
  • Partner with Security and OT teams to design and enforce secure network architectures, including segmentation and access control using Cisco ISE.
  • Support and improve Meraki SD-WAN and enterprise connectivity solutions across sites.
  • Develop and maintain network standards, architecture documentation, design records, and operational procedures.
  • Evaluate and recommend new technologies and architectural improvements aligned with business and modernization goals.
  • Monitor performance trends and proactively improve capacity, reliability, and user experience.
  • Lead vendor engagements, design reviews, and project delivery, ensuring alignment with standards and timelines.
  • Contribute to disaster recovery and business continuity planning for network services and infrastructure.

Education and Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, a related field, or equivalent work experience required.
  • 8+ years of enterprise networking experience, including multi-site environments.
  • Advanced expertise in Cisco networking (routing, switching, and wireless).
  • Strong hands-on experience designing and supporting enterprise wireless networks, including RF design, site surveys, and troubleshooting in complex physical environments.
  • Demonstrated expertise in network architecture and leading complex implementations.
  • Experience with Palo Alto firewalls and Panorama.
  • Working knowledge of Cisco Catalyst Center (DNA Center), Cisco ISE, and SD-WAN technologies.
  • Hands-on experience implementing network automation at enterprise scale using Python, Ansible, or comparable tools.
  • Expert-level troubleshooting and analytical skills across LAN, WAN, and WLAN environments.
  • Strong documentation, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Cisco CCNP (Enterprise, Wireless, Security, or Automation concentration); CCIE a plus.
  • Palo Alto certifications (PCNSE preferred).
  • Proven experience leading enterprise wireless modernization, including RF planning tools and site surveys.
  • Knowledge of cloud networking (AWS VPC, Azure VNet, ExpressRoute, Direct Connect).
  • Experience with network monitoring, validation, and observability platforms.
  • Exposure to OT networking and industrial/manufacturing environments.
  • Familiarity with voice/VoIP and collaboration platforms (Microsoft Teams).
