$50 to $70 per hour DOE

Summary
Responsible for designing, implementing, managing, and troubleshooting enterprise data, wireless, WAN, and voice networks. Ensures network reliability, security, performance, and availability while supporting infrastructure projects and upgrades.

Responsibilities

• Design, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot switches, routers, firewalls, and wireless networks.
• Monitor network performance and resolve network outages and connectivity issues.
• Support and maintain VoIP, wireless, and enterprise network infrastructure.
• Implement network upgrades, security controls, and infrastructure improvements.
• Support SD-WAN, Conditional Access, and network security initiatives.
• Maintain accurate network documentation and equipment inventory.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners on network projects.
• Prioritize and resolve network support requests and escalations.

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems , Computer Science, or related field.
• 2 4 years of hands-on network engineering experience.
• 4+ years of technical IT experience.
• Experience with Cisco switches, routers, firewalls, and wireless technologies.
• Strong understanding of TCP/IP networking.
• Experience with Active Directory.
• Experience with network security and firewalls.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

• CCNA or other networking certification.
• Cisco CUCM / VoIP experience.
• SD-WAN experience.
• Conditional Access experience.
• Experience supporting enterprise wireless and warehouse/mobile network devices.
• Network monitoring and automation experience.
