Pay Rate Range: $60,00-70,000 / Annually

Job Type: Direct Hire

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8 AM-5 PM

Job Responsibilities:

• Design, deploy, and maintain client IT infrastructure
• Troubleshoot complex technical issues as the Tier III escalation point
• Ensure systems meet high standards of performance, security, and availability
• Recommend improvements to enhance client environments
• Collaborate with Tier I & II techs and training staff to support clients effectively

Requirements:

• 4-5+ years in IT support or systems administration
• Strong experience with Windows Server, Active Directory, and Exchange
• Virtualization expertise (VMware, Hyper-V)
• Router/firewall configuration skills (Fortigate preferred)
• Proficiency in Windows OS (7-11) and Microsoft Office suites
• Solid understanding of LAN/WAN, DNS, DHCP, Domain Controllers
• Wireless networking experience (Meraki preferred)
• Familiarity with Fortinet, Meraki, and Unifi equipment
• Cloud computing and scripting skills (PowerShell, Python, etc.)
• Prior experience in an MSP or IT consulting environment
• High school diploma or equivalent (certifications a plus)
