What You Will Do
- The Project Manager / Mitigation Technician Lead is responsible for performing and providing technical direction for jobs and projects involving water, mold, fire, smoke, and bio-hazard.
- Responds to daily emergency services such as water, fire, and smoke damage jobs.
- Responsible for the extraction of water from flooded structures using commercial extraction equipment.
- Removing of damaged or wet building materials such as carpet, pad, baseboard, cabinets, drywall, etc.
- Takes moisture readings, measurements, sets up commercial drying equipment.
- Assists in the scheduling and ensuring personnel are responding and performing job functions, and are completing paper work accurately and completely
- Duties include ensuring that demolition is completed and debris removal has been completed.
- Oversee projects and ensures sewage cleanup is completed and follows IICRC standards
- Structural drying and content cleaning is to industry standards
- Provide accurate and detailed measurements, diagrams, photos, journals, work orders, and other documentation, as required for each job
- Reviewing of documentation and paperwork to see if complete and correct
- Be the technical and go-to person with regards to water damage losses
- Restoration Sales and Business Development experience is a plus
What You Need
- Must have valid Driver License
- Must have insurable Driving record
- Xactimate Experience / IICRC Certification/Encircle
- Be able to lift a minimum of 75-100lbs
- Participate in 24-hour emergency on call rotation
- Comply with all safety regulations
- Excellent customer service and technical skills.
- Must have prior experience in water damages and mold remediation.
Preferred Experience:
- Restoration: 3 years
- Sales / Business Development
