Job Description

Testing and developing new equipment, improving/refining existing equipment, using project management to incorporate design and budgets for projects, maintaining a physical and direct functional and supportive role with multiple facility maintenance and manufacturing groups, assisting plant maintenance with advanced troubleshooting, providing floor support to troubleshoot process problems using continuous improvement and root cause analysis techniques, ensuring that products and systems comply with applicable codes, reporting routine activities on a monthly basis, keeping relevant staff members up-to-date more frequently on rapidly moving projects, initiating or supplying documentation for capital projects using TPM tools used within the EEM pillar and the six-step management methodology, supporting all new equipment and processes with in-house training classes, as determined by the department's and the company's needs.

The Successful Applicant
