**Your Role Includes:**
- Leading and structuring projects ranging from new construction to renovations.
- Innovating design methods, approaches, and calculations assessments.
- Preparing and overseeing the creation of precise drawings, specifications, and technical documentation.
- Ensuring product quality through thorough QA/QC evaluations.
- Mentoring and guiding a team of mechanical engineers.
