Job Title: Sr. Marketing Programs Specialist
Location-Type: Remote - must work EST hours
Start Date Is: 4/27
Duration: Perm
Compensation Range: $80-90K

Job Description:
Lead the execution of event and customer marketing programs to drive brand visibility, engagement, and pipeline growth.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

  • Plan and execute conferences, trade shows, webinars, and customer events
  • Manage event logistics including sponsorships, assets, shipping, and onsite coordination
  • Maintain event calendars, timelines, and project tracking
  • Coordinate speaker logistics and presentation materials
  • Track and report on event performance metrics (attendance, leads, engagement)
  • Manage event budgets and expense tracking
  • Support customer webinars, user groups, and engagement initiatives
  • Coordinate webinar logistics including invites, registration, and follow-ups
  • Maintain customer contact lists and segmentation
  • Assist with customer success stories, testimonials, and case studies
  • Execute integrated marketing campaigns across email and digital channels
  • Manage campaign workflows in CRM and marketing automation platforms
  • Develop reporting on campaign and program performance
  • Prepare marketing materials and internal communications

Requirements:

Must-Haves:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 4 years of experience in marketing programs, event marketing, or marketing operations
  • Experience supporting trade shows, conferences, webinars, or corporate events
  • Familiarity with CRM and marketing tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot)
  • Strong organizational and project management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Detail-oriented with strong quality control skills
  • Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success teams
Nice-to-Haves:
  • Experience in B2B SaaS, FinTech, GovTech, or public sector environments
  • Experience working in regulated or compliance-heavy industries
  • Agency experience supporting government or enterprise clients
