Job Description:
Overview: We are seeking an innovative and dynamic New Product Development Evaluation and Build Senior Manager to join our RFID Visibility Product team. This role is pivotal in managing the Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) for our Wildly Important Visibility initiatives. We are looking for a candidate who is very comfortable executing the skills and requirements below and one who can bring fresh perspectives and expertise to understand and address our most valued needs.
Key Responsibilities:
Lifecycle Management: Oversee all stages of the product lifecycle, ensuring robust product stewardship and continuous innovation.
Roadmap Management: Define and manage the Visibility roadmap, aligning it with strategic goals and market demands.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Serve as the project subject matter expert, working closely with technology, finance, marketing, operations, and business development teams to ensure comprehensive understanding and support for build initiatives.
Go-to-Market Alignment: Collaborate with the Go-to-Market team to ensure the product portfolio remains relevant, understandable, and compelling for sales teams and customers.
Stat Card and Business Case Development: Develop comprehensive stat cards and business cases to support product decisions and strategic initiatives.
IT Functionality Leadership: Lead IT functionality initiatives from a business needs perspective, ensuring technology solutions align with business objectives.
Qualifications:
Analytical Skills: Strong data analytical capabilities to drive insights and decision-making.
Storytelling Proficiency: Ability to craft compelling narratives that resonate with diverse stakeholders.
Presentation Skills: Expertise in quickly creating high-impact presentations for executive leadership teams (ELT) using PowerPoint.
Adaptability: Thrive in a fast-paced, multi-faceted environment, demonstrating agility and resilience.
Leadership Skills: The proven ability or desire to lead team members to achieve their set goals while developing the skills needed to achieve results.
