Your ImpactThe Senior Manager, Performance Insights leads the strategic evolution of measurement capabilities across Lowe's Media Network, ensuring the organization maintains best-in-class measurement solutions that meet the
needs of an expanding advertiser portfolio. The leader is responsible for defining and advancing the measurement roadmap, overseeing the development and enhancement of measurement methodologies, tools,
and technologies, and ensuring measurement capabilities scale alongside new media products, channels, and partner types. This role partners closely with Technology, Client Insights, Client Services, and Media Planning teams to deliver innovative, actionable, and trusted measurement solutions that drive advertiser success and support the continued growth of the media network.What You Will Do
Communicates complicated analytics concepts and methodologies effectively to all audiences- from the extremely technical to the novice and from hands-on-keys to senior leadership.
Develop and deliver innovative, external-facing collateral that positions Lowe’s and its strategic customer initiatives as market leaders in the home improvement and retail media space.
Establish and enhance measurement foundations that enable scalable, accurate, and actionable reporting across media products, channels, and advertiser segments.
Develop measurement strategies and frameworks for emerging advertiser categories, including non-endemic partners, ensuring measurement solutions are appropriate, differentiated, and aligned to advertiser objectives.
Stay current with industry best practices in research, customer data tools, methodologies, and emerging technologies to enhance insight development and delivery.
