Job Description

GE Vernova's Software and Controls Solutions (SCS) business is seeking a highly creative, self-motivated marketing professional to lead demand generation and marketing operations for our Enterprise SaaS Software business. Reporting to the Sr. Global Marketing Director, the Sr. Marketing Manager, Demand Generation will join a high-performing, global marketing team and be responsible for the end-to-end execution of growth campaigns that generate new leads, build pipeline, and influence opportunity creation within our target market segments. This role is accountable to revenue outcomes and will manage budget and resources as necessary to drive results. The candidate will own the marketing technology stack, ensuring campaigns are automated, measurable, and optimized, while partnering closely with the SCS marketing team, agency partners, and the central marketing team to execute integrated demand generation strategies. While this role is primarily focused on the Software business, it will also have overlap and close collaboration with the Controls Commercial team, given the shared go-to-market motion across the SCS portfolio. The candidate will play an integral role in aligning demand generation efforts with global growth and commercial targets.

Key Responsibilities

Demand Generation & Campaign Execution

• Develop and execute multi-channel demand generation and ABM campaigns - including content syndication, email nurtures, direct mail, referral programs, and demo programs - to drive lead generation, pipeline growth, and revenue.
• Partner with product marketing, content, and creative teams to develop compelling messaging and conversion-optimized assets across the buyer's journey.
• Collaborate with Software and Controls global growth and commercial teams to operationalize campaigns, ensuring enablement and clear communication throughout all stages.

Marketing Operations & Technology (Marketo/Salesforce)

• Own and administer the marketing technology stack, including Marketo program strategy, build, and optimization, ensuring alignment with Salesforce for accurate lead flow, scoring, and routing.
• Manage lead scoring, routing, and lifecycle processes in partnership with sales operations, troubleshooting sync issues and maintaining data integrity between platforms.
• Build and maintain automated dashboards to track campaign performance, funnel metrics, and marketing-sourced/influenced pipeline contribution.

Cross-Functional Partnership & Continuous Improvement

• Partner closely with the SCS marketing team, agency partners, and central marketing team to ensure consistent, aligned campaign execution across the business.
• Optimize campaigns and refine strategies based on data-driven results, including A/B testing and performance reporting.
• Manage timelines, budget, and resources to ensure successful campaign delivery and drive measurable revenue impact, while serving as a brand ambassador for consistent messaging.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
• 7-10 years of experience in Demand Generation and/or Marketing Operations in a B2B environment.
• Hands-on experience owning/administering Marketo (or similar marketing automation platform) and working knowledge of Salesforce/CRM data integration.
• Demonstrated experience partnering with sales teams to generate qualified leads and support sales enablement processes.
• Ability to travel domestically/internationally as needed (~20%).

Preferred Qualifications

• Enterprise SaaS or commercial software industry experience strongly preferred.
• Marketo Certified Expert (MCE) or similar credential.
• Experience with ABM platforms (e.g., 6sense, Demandbase).
• Experience with Google Analytics or Adobe Analytics.
• Experience growing a database organically via multiple channels.
• Strong project management and prioritization skills; ability to work cross-functionally in a global organization.
• Collaborative team player, able to work cross-functionally in both local and remote/hybrid settings.
• Ability to learn new technologies, products, and systems quickly.

For candidates applying to a U.S. based position, the pay range for this position is between $111,800.00 and $186,300.00. The Company pays a geographic differential of 110%, 120% or 130% of salary in certain areas. The specific pay offered may be influenced by a variety of factors, including the candidate's experience, education, and skill set.

Bonus eligibility: discretionary annual bonus.
