    The Senior Marketing Manager for Critical Infrastructure Services is responsible for driving clear, differentiated product marketing and integrated demand programs that accelerate awareness and growth for CBRE's critical infrastructure capabilities, with a special focus on data centers. This role focuses on translating complex offerings into crisp market-facing narratives, ensuring global consistency in how the platform is positioned, and activating brand-to-demand programs that support market understanding and sales effectiveness. Working closely with global and regional stakeholders, this role connects product clarity, digital performance, and sales enablement to create measurable impact across the customer journey.

    Key Responsibilities

    Crisp Product Marketing and Sales Enablement

    • Synthesize and differentiate CBRE's Data Center offering into clear, market-ready value propositions, use cases, and proof points that enable effective selling

    • Translate complex technical and service capabilities into simple, client-ready messaging that supports pursuits, proposals, and client conversations

    • Develop activation-ready content including core messaging frameworks, case studies, thought leadership, and solution narratives that reinforce expertise and outcomes

    • Ensure marketing programs directly support sales readiness, pursuit differentiation and client engagement

    Global Market Consistency

    • Ensure consistent global positioning and messaging for CBRE's Data Center teams while enabling flexibility for individual segment or region market activation

    • Partner with global and regional marketing teams to align event strategies, investments, and campaign execution for maximum market visibility and in-person impact

    • Act as a connective layer between global strategy and segment execution, ensuring priorities, narratives, and assets are aligned across markets

    • Develop and manage a digital channel strategy for the business, including steering programming the @CBRE Data Centers LinkedIn and global web presence of the offering.

    Integrated Brand-to-Demand Programs

    • Design and execute integrated brand-to-demand campaigns that move audiences from awareness and education into targeted demand generation programs

    • Build audience and persona strategies that guide content, cadence, and channel mix across digital channels including social, email, search, and web

    • Lead account-based marketing initiatives that support client retention, share-of-wallet expansion, and targeted new-logo growth

    • Manage digital channel strategy including paid social and search, optimizing performance across the full customer journey

    • Analyze campaign performance and translate insights into continuous improvement of demand programs and sales engagement

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor's Degree preferred with 8-10 years of relevant experience. In lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered.

    • The innovative mentality to develop methods that go beyond existing solutions

    • Ability to solve unique problems using standard and innovative solutions having a broad impact on the business.

    • • In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Ability to comprehend, analyze, and interpret complex business documents. Ability to respond effectively to the most sensitive issues.

    • to make effective and persuasive presentations on complex topics to employees, clients, top management and/or public groups. Ability to motivate and negotiate effectively with key employees, top management, and client groups to take desired action.

    • Requires intermediate knowledge of financial terms and principles. Ability to calculate complex figures. Ability to forecast and prepare budgets. Conducts financial/business analysis including the preparation of reports.

    • Ability to solve advanced problems and deal with a variety of options in complex situations. Requires expert level analytical and quantitative skills with proven experience in developing strategic solutions for a growing, matrix-based, multi-industry sales environment.

    • Decisions made with in-depth understanding and interpretation of procedures, company policies and business practices to achieve general results. Responsible for setting department deadlines.
