At Lone Star Communications, we believe work should be more than a job, it should be an investment in your future. As an employee-owned company, every team member shares our collective success.

Job Purpose:

This role drives the execution, coordination, and operational effectiveness of marketing initiatives across Lone Star and affiliated brands. The position ensures marketing efforts are aligned with business priorities, clearly tracked, and delivered to a high standard. It also strengthens internal partnerships and integrates market and industry insights into marketing activities. This is a hands-on leadership role focused on execution, alignment, and measurable impact. This position operates with a high degree of autonomy and executive visibility, influencing both strategy and execution.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Own execution of all in-flight marketing initiatives across Lone Star, ProMobix, and Alairo, ensuring projects are clearly defined, progressing, and delivered at a high standard
  • Serve as the central point of accountability for marketing execution and follow-through across all active workstreams
  • Lead and reinforce team operating cadence, including planning cycles, team check-ins, and project reviews to drive consistency and accountability
  • Ensure existing workflows, tools, and request processes are consistently applied and effectively utilized across the team
  • Maintain clear visibility into all marketing activities, including project status, ownership, timelines, and performance tracking
  • Simplify tracking and reporting to reduce confusion, rework, and reactive execution while improving clarity and efficiency
  • Build and maintain strong working relationships with sales leadership, field teams, clinical stakeholders, operational teams, and executive leadership
  • Ensure marketing is responsive, easy to work with, and aligned with business needs and priorities
  • Increase marketing's visibility and credibility across the organization through consistent delivery and effective communication
  • Develop a working understanding of healthcare environments, customer challenges, and industry dynamics, including nurse call ecosystems and strategic partners
  • Translate market and industry insights into relevant marketing content, messaging, and initiatives
  • Support the core Lone Star brand by reinforcing positioning, messaging, and execution in key business areas
  • Balance support of legacy business priorities with emerging initiatives to maintain organizational alignment
  • Align marketing work to company priorities, ensuring focus on high-impact activities and consistent delivery on commitments
  • Establish clear documentation of workflows, ownership, and processes to improve continuity and scalability
  • Leverage AI tools, including Microsoft Copilot, to support the creation, refinement, and distribution of marketing and internal communications content
  • Facilitate AI-driven content workflows that translate strategic priorities into scalable, reusable content components (e.g., campaigns, messaging blocks, editorial assets)
  • Develop and manage extensible content structures that can be adapted across channels, formats, and initiatives to maximize efficiency and consistency
  • Partner with marketing leadership to ensure AI-enabled content development aligns with brand standards, messaging strategy, and business objectives
  • Continuously evaluate and adopt AI capabilities to improve content quality, speed to execution, and overall marketing effectiveness
  • Provide leadership and mentorship across the marketing function, setting direction even where direct reporting lines do not exist
  • Influence organizational priorities through data-driven insights, communication strategy, and executive partnership
  • Reduce reliance on single individuals by increasing shared visibility and structured processes across the team
  • Follow all company processes and procedures in accordance with the LSC Quality Management system to ensure that a quality product is maintained and delivered within the predetermined time and cost.
  • Attending required internal company meetings such as safety, departmental, scheduled daily and weekly meetings.
  • All employees are required to actively participate in the LSC Safety Program.
  • Be the forerunner in assuring customer satisfaction by meeting customer's expectations while containing scope and cost creep.
  • Other duties as assigned.
