    About the Role
    We are looking for an RF Manufacturing Engineer with 10+ years of experience to drive process efficiency, scalability, and operational excellence in high-power amplifier manufacturing. This role requires hands-on expertise in military and telecom RF systems, AS9100 compliance, and lean manufacturing.
    You will play a key role in scaling production from prototype to high-volume manufacturing, working with complex RF systems, CNC processes, and automated testing methodologies.

    Ideal Background:
    Experience in RF manufacturing engineering (high-power amplifiers, cavity filters, telecom systems)
    Track record in process analysis, implementation, and KPIs
    Experience in scaling from prototype to high-volume manufacturing
    Significant role in implementing AS9100
    Background in both large and mid-sized companies (~$20M)

    Technical Skills & Expertise
     Degree in Electrical or RF Engineering
    Ability to read & interpret AutoCAD electrical/electronic layouts, schematics, mechanical schematics, and 3D design tools
    Experience with Mil Standards (CMM) – Ability to interpret regulatory & customer requirements
    Deep understanding of CNC, assembly, and RF test processes for efficiency & cost optimization
    Strong knowledge of LEAN manufacturing & Six Sigma principles
     Expertise in Project Management – Organizing teams, executing plans, and driving change
     Advanced Microsoft Suite Skills – MS Project, Excel, Word, PowerPoint
