Must-Have:

• BS in Engineering/Technical field
• 4+ years relevant experience (or 2+ with MS)
• Laser welding equipment & process development
• Welding materials/metallurgy
• Metal joining for required physical strength
• DOE/statistical methods
• IQ/OQ/PQ process validation
• Weld inspection/Test Method Validation
• Risk analysis
• Laser safety
• Experience with welding equipment specifications, vendors, FAT, and installation
• Strong R&D/Manufacturing collaboration

Preferred: Resistance/ultrasonic welding, laser marking, vision inspection, Lean/Six Sigma, DFM/DFR.
