Leads small and medium sized projects and manages the technical elements.
Job Requirements
To maintain the Cable and Cable Assembly process in mass production. The main processes are as follows:
/Stripping
/Crimping
/Soldering
/Connector Assembly
/Heat Shrinking
/Harness Assembly
/Electrical Testing
;
Be responsible for able assembly equipment and peripheral equipment selection, introduction, installation, service and maintenance; fixtures and jigs design.
To create SOP and Equipment Operating Procedure.
Dig improvement opportunities in die casting production, lead or coordinate Kaizen events and projects.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or higher in Mechanical, Electrical, Automation Engineering, or related fields, and 3+ year manufacturing engineering or technical experience in cable and cable assembly.
To master Cable Assembly manufacturing process and testing method, preferable with signal integrity test experience;
Fair knowledge of cable assembly and peripheral equipment, structure and operational principles;
Be proficient with AutoCAD and popular MS office application;
Fair command of English in reading and writing.

Generally requires Bachelors degree in appropriate field with a minimum of 5 years of progressively responsible professional level experience; Masters degree or higher or local equivalent may be preferred at this level
