    Leads small and medium sized projects and manages the technical elements.

    Job Requirements

    To maintain the Cable and Cable Assembly process in mass production. The main processes are as follows:

    • /Cutting

    • /Stripping

    • /Crimping

    • /Soldering

    • /Connector Assembly

    • /Heat Shrinking

    • /Harness Assembly

    • /Electrical Testing

    • ;

    Be responsible for able assembly equipment and peripheral equipment selection, introduction, installation, service and maintenance; fixtures and jigs design.

    • SOP

    To create SOP and Equipment Operating Procedure.

    Dig improvement opportunities in die casting production, lead or coordinate Kaizen events and projects.

    Qualifications:

    Bachelor's degree or higher in Mechanical, Electrical, Automation Engineering, or related fields, and 3+ year manufacturing engineering or technical experience in cable and cable assembly.
