Sr. Manufacturing Engineer

The Senior Manufacturing Engineer is responsible for developing, optimizing, and supporting manufacturing processes to improve product quality, efficiency, and regulatory compliance. This role leads process improvement initiatives, equipment qualification and validation, troubleshooting, and cross-functional projects while ensuring safe, reliable, and cost-effective manufacturing operations. The Senior Manufacturing Engineer collaborates with Quality, Production, R&D, Supply Chain, and Validation teams to support new product introductions, technology transfers, and continuous improvement in a GMP-regulated manufacturing environment.

Bachelor of Science in Mechanical or Manufacturing Engineering

• Understanding of PLM Systems; Enovia, 3DX (preferable), Solumina. 1-2 years minimal.
• Ability to read and interpret Engineering Drawings.
• Knowledge of Bill of Materials structure and nomenclature.
• Preferably have experience in Aerospace Industry and knowledge of applicable standards.
• Co-ordinating with customer to document project work and its progress with recommend appropriate revisions
• Daily activities set by customer team such as time study and quality work etc.
