Client Details

Our client is a contract manufacturer specializing in high-precision grinding, complemented by capabilities such as EDM, CNC machining, and advanced metrology. The company is ISO-certified and meets aerospace quality standards, serving a wide range of industries including aerospace, medical, automotive, and electronics. It produces complex components from difficult-to-machine materials and also offers engineering, tooling, and process development services to help optimize customer designs and specifications.

Description

• Setup, programming, and troubleshooting wire EDM, CNC mills, and CNC grinders
• Interface with clients to understand custom product specifications
• Collaborate with quality department to ensure component specifications
• Create BOMs, ECNs, and SOPs
• Develop most efficient manufacturing processes for NPI efforts

Profile

• 5+ years of manufacturing engineering experience
• Experience with CAD/CAM softwares (AutoCAD, MasterCAM, SolidWorks)
• Strong practical GD&T knowledge
• Experience with setup, programming, and troubleshooting wire EDM, CNC mills, and CNC grinders
• Proven track record leading NPI efforts

Job Offer

• Base salary up to $130,000 based on experience
