Volt is immediately hiring for a Direct Hire Hybrid ScheduleSenior Manufacturing Cost Accountant in Taylor TX.As a Sr. Manufacturing Cost Accountant you will Lead product costing and inventory valuation activities. Analyze manufacturing costs and investigate cost variances. Partner with Operations and Supply Chain to improve profitability and cost visibility. Support budgeting forecasting and financial reporting processes. Assist with physical inventory and cycle count programs. Develop reporting and provide financial insights to plant leadership. Support ERP system enhancements and process improvement initiatives.This is a full-time direct hire opportunity with a hybrid schedule.The ideal candidate will haveRequired Skills & Qualifications Bachelors degree in Accounting or Finance. 4 years of manufacturing cost accounting experience. Strong understanding of inventory accounting and cost analysis. Advanced Excel skills. Experience working with ERP systems. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.Preferred Skills & Qualifications Experience with Power BI or similar reporting tools. Background supporting continuous improvement initiatives.
