WHAT YOU WILL DO

The Sr. Manager, Workplace Experience is responsible for leading HCA's workplace experience strategy and facilities operations across multiple office locations, ensuring work environments effectively support business priorities, operational efficiency, team member engagement, and organizational growth. This role provides strategic direction and people leadership for workplace planning, facilities operations, vendor governance, space utilization, capital projects, and budget management. The Sr. Manager partners with senior leaders and cross-functional stakeholders to assess evolving workplace needs, develop scalable solutions, and execute complex, high-impact initiatives that enhance the team member experience while delivering cost-effective, compliant, and high-quality workplace operations.

HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT

• Workplace Strategy, Capital Projects, and Experience Transformation
  
  • Establish and lead the workplace experience strategy for HCA office locations, aligning facilities planning, space utilization, and workplace services with business priorities, workforce needs, and long-term organizational growth.
  • Lead complex, high-impact facilities projects, renovations, workplace improvements, office moves, and capital initiatives from planning through execution, ensuring outcomes support operational efficiency, team member engagement, and business continuity.
  • Serve as the primary workplace advisor to senior leaders and crossfunctional stakeholders by assessing evolving business needs, developing scalable solutions, influencing decisions, and ensuring timely, cost-effective, and high-quality project delivery.
• Vendor Governance and Service Delivery
  
  • Develop and oversee the vendor governance framework for workplace and facilities services, including performance expectations, service level accountability, issue escalation, contract support, and continuous improvement.
  • Partner with Procurement, Legal, Finance, HR, IT, Security, and business leaders to evaluate service requirements, align vendor support with business needs, and ensure consistent, high-quality workplace operations across locations.
  • Monitor vendor performance, compliance obligations, workplace service risks, and operational metrics to proactively resolve issues, improve service delivery, and ensure adherence to company standards.
• Facilities Operations, Budget Management, and Resource Planning
  
  • Provide strategic and operational oversight for facilities operations across California, Dallas, and Atlanta locations, ensuring buildings, equipment, supplies, workplace services, and support processes meet business, safety, and service expectations.
  • Own facilities budget planning, forecasting, tracking, and cost management; identify opportunities to optimize spend, improve service levels, and support capital and operating expense planning.

Qualifications

WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE ROLE

• Minimum 8 years of progressive experience in facilities management, workplace services, corporate real estate, workplace experience, project management, or related operations, including experience supporting complex workplace initiatives, capital projects, vendor relationships, and budget planning.
• Minimum 3 years supervisory experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Facilities Management, Corporate Real Estate,
• Workplace Strategy, Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• MCR, FMP, PMP, CFM, or similar workplace, facilities, real estate, or project management certification preferred.
• Strong knowledge of workplace experience, facilities operations, space planning, vendor governance, and service delivery best practices.
