  • Partner with Sales Leadership, Commercial Education, and cross-functional stakeholders to build sales enablement tools, training programs, launch materials, and field readiness capabilities.

  • Lead strategic customer engagement and market activation initiatives, including congresses, faculty programs, VIP customer visits, and launch-related events.

  • Apply analytics, market research, and performance metrics to evaluate program effectiveness, identify opportunities, and optimize commercial execution.

  • Experience in surgical robotics, urology, endourology, capital equipment, or high-complexity MedTech preferred.

  • Demonstrated ability to thrive in ambiguity, lead cross-functional teams, and drive results in a matrixed organization.

  • Proven track record supporting commercialization, product launches, market development, sales enablement, or customer adoption initiatives.

  • Strong understanding of compliant promotional review processes and claims substantiation in a regulated MedTech environment.

  • Strong communication, project management, and stakeholder influence skills.

  • Experience building commercial strategies, sales enablement tools, and commercial programs in a high-growth environment preferred.
