Why LSP44?
LSP44 is the AI-native agent and API infrastructure company for logistics service providers - the 3PLs, freight forwarders, and brokers who move the world's freight. Built on more than a decade of the largest logistics data graph and carrier network on Earth (280,000+ carriers, 1.5 billion shipments, 706 million carrier events processed daily), LSP44 gives LSPs the AI agents, carrier infrastructure, and developer capabilities to embed intelligence directly into their own products and workflows.
LSP44 isn't a startup chasing a market - it's the original infrastructure project44 built starting in 2014, and nine of the world's ten largest logistics service providers already run on it. LSP44 launched profitable on day one, with its own sales, engineering, and product leadership, and a mandate to move at the speed of the LSPs it serves.
If you want to build technology that ships in days instead of quarters, that LSPs embed directly into how they operate, and that's grounded in more data and context than anyone else in the category - we should talk.
AI at LSP44
Every LSP44 team member is expected to be an intelligent, hands-on user of AI - and for Product, that bar is even higher: the products you're defining are AI agents. We don't expect everyone to be a data scientist, but we do expect everyone to identify where AI adds value, direct it effectively, evaluate its outputs critically, and govern it responsibly, in your own workflow and in the products you build.
About the Role
As Senior Manager, Solution Marketing, you'll be the bridge between LSP44's product and its go-to-market motion, translating complex logistics operations and AI agent capabilities into messaging, content, and sales tools that help our NORAM and EMEA sales teams win.
This is a hands-on, builder role. You will personally create the messaging frameworks, sales assets, and campaign narratives that move deals forward. You'll partner closely with Product, Sales, and Head of Marketing to understand how LSP44's agents solve real operational pain (ex. carrier procurement, rate & quote, dispatch, exception recovery, carrier onboarding, freight audit) and turn that understanding into positioning and content that resonates with distinct buyer segments across the LSP landscape.
This role blends the craft of solution marketing of translating product into value, defining ICPs, building messaging that fuels content and campaigns, with the practical, day-to-day needs of a global sales team: battlecards, decks, one-pagers, and talk tracks. There's less emphasis here on traditional product marketing motions like competitive analysis and win/loss, and more on getting the field equipped and the market speaking our language.
We're hiring at the Senior Manager level, and for an exceptional candidate we'd consider leveling this role to Director. At either level, this is an individual contributor role; we need someone who wants to build and execute personally, not manage a team on day one.
The LSP Landscape You'll Market To
You'll be creating messaging and campaigns for logistics service providers across the full spectrum of the industry, each with distinct operational models, buying triggers, and language:
Key Accountabilities
Solution Marketing & Messaging
Sales Enablement & Assets
Campaign & Content Marketing
Cross-Functional & Regional Collaboration
Requirements & Preferred Skills
Nice to Have
In-Office Commitment
This role is based in our Chicago, IL office on a hybrid basis. We're looking for someone who wants to be in the room with Sales and Product regularly; collaborating in person accelerates the kind of cross-functional work this role requires.
Compensation and Benefits:
We continually evaluate our pay ranges to reflect skills, experience, and market conditions. The base salary offered will be determined by assessing a candidate's experience and skills relative to the scope and responsibilities of the position, as well as the specific geographic location where the job will be performed. Base salary is one component of project44's total compensation package, which also includes stock options for all EOR and project44-employed team members, bonus or commission eligibility depending on role, and a benefits package tailored to your country of employment. Specific benefits package offerings vary by country and may include health, dental, and vision coverage, retirement plans, and paid time off, in line with local market standards and statutory programs. The base salary range for this position is $147,000 - $200,000 USD.
Diversity & Inclusion
We're designing the future of how the world moves and is connected through trade and global supply chains. We can only deliver a truly world-class product and experience if our teams are as diverse and unique as the communities we are building for. It's up to us to create a company where anyone can bring their authentic self to work every day. We're constantly working to improve, and we accept our responsibility to elevate the voices left in the margins. It's on every one of us.
Our focus on inclusion manifests in the way we hire, the customers we serve, and the regions we prioritize. We're building a company that every one of us at project44 is proud to work for: a company that celebrates you for being you.
We pride ourselves on celebrating everyone - project44 is an equal opportunity employer actively working on creating a diverse and inclusive work environment where underrepresented groups can thrive. If you share our values and our passion for helping the way the world moves, we'd love to review your application!
For any accommodations needed during the hiring process, please email recruiting@project44.com. Even if you don't meet 100% of the above qualifications, you should still seriously consider applying. Studies show that you can still be considered for a role if you meet just 50% of the role's requirements.
