    Job Duties: Lead all SDLC processes and be accountable for technology deliverables to support business operations. Provide support in troubleshooting and remediating issues occurring in Production. Be the business liaison creating and fostering strong partnerships with Product Owners and Business Users, ensuring appropriate prioritization of User Stories with a view to delivering to Business needs and priorities. Provide technical consultation and support on regulatory communication applications. Perform activities as part of Software Development Life Cycle: Analysis and Design: Adhere to tight design document review process among peers. Code Development: Employ more robust & thorough formal code reviews focused on the quality of the code and ensuring coding standards are followed. Agile Development: Practice agile principles of software development and promote continuous improvement. Testing: Implementation of robust unit testing, integration testing, regression testing, and End-to-end testing strategies. Collaborate with all relevant Technology and Business team members and Project Stakeholders to build long lasting, trusted relationships based on the quality and commitment of deliverables. Technical Documentation: Develop/participate in the creation of System and application documentation including Enterprise System Architecture diagrams and application user guides.

    Job Requirements: Requires Bachelor's in Computer Science, Applied Computer Science, or a related field and 96 months of progressive, post-Bachelor's experience in a related occupation. . Experience must include 96 months of experience involving the following: Application Design & Development on IBM Mainframe/zOS platform using Cobol, DB2, JCL, Rexx, Easytrieve, and Dfsort/Syncsort; Design & Development in 3-tier Applications with Mainframe and distributed platform integration; Brokerage Accounts, Trading, and ultra-high-volume regulatory communications; Document processing using Mainframe Data, Open Text Exstream, and AFP; Agile Development processes leveraging Jira, Rally, and Confluence; and Ancillary tools, including Batch Scheduling tools (Control-M/ESP etc.), Change Management (Remedy/ServiceNow etc.), Power Automate, and Copilot.

    We offer competitive pay and benefits. Starting compensation depends on related experience. Annual bonus and other eligible earnings are not included in the ranges above.
