    Job Duties: Create user information solutions by developing, implementing and maintaining Java based components and interfaces. Write well designed, testable, efficient code and ensure designs are in compliance with specifications. Prepare and produce releases of software components. Support continuous improvements by investigating alternatives and technologies and presenting these for architectural review. Support users by developing documentation and assistance tools. Completes applications development by coordinating requirements, schedules and activities; contributing to team meetings; troubleshooting development and production problems across multiple environments and operating platforms.Position allows for 100% remote work. Reports to company HQs in Westlake, TX. Subject to Schwab's internal approach to workplace flexibility.

    Job Requirements: Master''s degree in Computer Science, Computer Applications, or related field and 72 months of progressive, post-Bachelor's experience in a related occupation. .     We offer competitive pay and benefits. Starting compensation depends on related experience. Annual bonus and other eligible earnings are not included in the ranges above.
