Job Duties: Evaluate and advance the organization's technology roadmap, leading strategic initiatives focused on cloud modernization of document rendering and delivery systems. Identify and champion high-impact technology projects requiring additional momentum, ensuring successful development, implementation, and delivery outcomes. Analyze performance bottlenecks and operational challenges across CRT applications, developing and implementing strategic solutions to overcome organizational hurdles. Collaborate closely with application leads throughout the CRT organization to mobilize and accelerate previously stalled initiatives, removing barriers to progress. Partner with enterprise technology architects to identify modernization opportunities and drive continuous improvement across and technology landscape. Provide comprehensive guidance and mentorship to junior developers and interns, fostering their technical career development and deepening their understanding of CRT applications. Champion idea brainstorming sessions and hackathon activities, providing platforms for emerging talent to contribute fresh perspectives and innovative solutions. Conduct comprehensive technology vulnerability assessments across all CRT applications. Collaborate with development teams to develop and implement effective remediation strategies for identified security vulnerabilities and operational risks. Design and build proof-of-concept solutions for proposal-based initiatives, ensuring thorough validation of ideas and technical feasibility before enterprise-level presentation. Collaborate with vendor product partners like OpenText on a timely basis to address various challenges and concerns actively faced by development and support teams in the maintenance and use of the vendor product applications. Induct GitHub Copilot AI into various teams and assist the team members in incorporating the AI tools and its usage into their daily activities thereby ensuring productivity increase. Ensure collaboration between application development and production management teams to incorporate Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) practices to measure operational efficiency of applications in production environments.

What you have

Job Requirements: Requires Bachelor''s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electronic Engineering, or a related field and 96 months of progressive, post-bachelor''s experience in a related occupation. . Must have 72 months of experience involving the following: Java/Spring Development; Unix/Shell Scripting; Batch Processing & Job Scheduling; Source Control including Git, Bitbucket, or GitHub; NoSQL Databases & SQL Databases; and Customer Communications Management (CCM) Systems including OpenText Exstream.

We offer competitive pay and benefits. Starting compensation depends on related experience. Annual bonus and other eligible earnings are not included in the ranges above.
