Sr. Manager, Reliability & Engineering Programs

Coke Florida is searching for a Senior Manager, Reliability & Engineering Programs to work out of our Tampa HQ area office working Monday - Friday with occasional nights and weekends.

What You Will Do:As the Senior Manager, Engineering Programs, you will serve as the enterprise leader responsible for advancing Coke Florida's reliability strategy, maintenance excellence programs, engineering program governance and automation initiatives across the manufacturing and distribution networks.

This role establishes and drives a best-in-class reliability-centered culture focused on maximizing asset availability, improving equipment performance, reducing total maintenance costs and enhancing operational efficiency/ This position will provide strategy leadership for reliability engineering, maintenance systems, asset management, automation deployment and continuous improvement and engineering capital programs.

As a key member of the Supply Chain and Engineering leadership team, this role partners closely with Manufacturing, Distribution, Supply Chain, Finance, Operations, and external partners to develop long-term asset strategies, driver modernization efforts and execute transformational initiatives that improve safety quality, productivity and service.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Education and Skills Required:

Bachelor's degree in engineering (Mechanical, Electric, Industrial, Automation, Manufacturing or related discipline) required.10+ years of progressive leadership experience within manufacturing, distribution, engineering, reliability, maintenance or operations environmentsDemonstrated success developing and executing enterprise reliability and maintenance programsExperience leading multi-site engineering, reliability or maintenance initiativeProven experience managing engineering portfolios and projects in excess of $1+MExperience leading cross-functional teams within complex manufacturing or supply chain environmentsAdvanced knowledge of:
