The Senior Manager, Regulatory Compliance is a critical leader and subject matter expert responsible for ensuring our products meet evolving regulatory and safety standards across North America. This role offers the opportunity to influence enterprise-wide compliance strategy and partner across diverse teams to bring safe, compliant products to market.
What you will be doing:
Monitor and interpret U.S. and Canadian product compliance regulations and translate into business guidance
Lead compliance strategies across product categories and enterprise initiatives
Establish scalable compliance processes and training
Partner cross-functionally to integrate compliance across the product lifecycle
Drive product safety and risk management initiatives
Oversee regulatory reporting programs and audit readiness
Implement process and technology improvements for reporting efficiency
Manage third-party compliance partners and vendors

What's needed: Basic Qualifications:
8+ years of experience in regulatory compliance or related field
Experience with U.S. federal and state regulations (e.g., CPSIA, TSCA, Prop 65)
Experience supporting compliance programs for consumer products or packaging
Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives
Strong knowledge of chemical, safety, and packaging compliance
Experience working with external vendors
Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
Preferred Qualifications:
Master's degree in a relevant discipline
Experience across multiple product categories and regulatory frameworks
Experience with consumer products such as office supplies, furniture, or electronics
Familiarity with Canadian/global regulations
Experience implementing compliance systems or tools
Experience leading compliance governance forums
Relevant professional certifications
Experience in retail, private brand, or consumer products
Knowledge of sustainability and EPR programs
The salary range represents the expected compensation for this role at the time of posting. The specific base pay may be influenced by a variety of factors to include the candidate''s experience, skill set, education, geography, business considerations, and internal equity. In addition to base pay, this role may be eligible for bonuses, or other forms of variable compensation.
