Raytheon is seeking a strong candidate to join the Electronic Warfare Systems (EWS) acquisition team as the Lead Manager & Sourcing professional. You will be responsible for proactively managing and leading the procurement team to ensure that the purchasing needs of the business are met. A significant focus of this role is coordinating the activities of the team to achieve program requirements and ensuring that the team and all areas of the business adhere to the correct procurement practices.
In this role, you will apply your existing knowledge of Supply Chain, procurement, and business acumen within a matrixed organization. The successful candidate will have excellent written and oral communications skills to influence and communicate effectively across multiple areas outside of ones own job function as well as with parties external to the organization.
Leveraging on your previous experience you will be able to apply your expert knowledge of procurement management requirements and exercise a high level of business acumen to ensure effective development and implementation of customer-focused, risk-managed solutions to achieve competitive advantage.
This role is a Hybrid position that will require access to the Goleta Site local Raytheon facility.
