Job Description:The Senior Manager, Peer-to-Peer Strategy & Engagement is a strategic execution role within the U.S. commercial Nephrology Marketing organization that combines operational leadership, tactical ownership, and cross-functional enablement. This position is responsible for driving efficient execution of key business priorities while directly owning specific commercial initiatives, programs, and processes that accelerate brand performance.
This role will drive the strategic planning and execution of TARPEYO's peer-to-peer channel, including speaker bureau and National congress engagement, ensuring alignment with brand objectives and the broader HCP strategy. This role elevates speaker programs, conferences and other peer-to-peer engagements to facilitate integrated, insight-driven brand engagement.
Key responsibilities include Speaker Bureau strategy and optimization, peer-to-peer educational content development, national congress strategy and activation, and strong cross-functional matrix leadership. This individual will work closely with Speaker Bureau faculty and key KOLs, while partnering across brand, field leadership, medical, regulatory, and agency teams to ensure compliant, high-impact programming and effective pull-through across channels.
The Senior Manager will be responsible for driving performance, insights, and continuous improvement across peer-to-peer initiatives and will report to the Executive Director, Nephrology Marketing Lead.
The base compensation range for this role is $125-160K. Base Compensation is influenced by many factors including, but not limited to: time in the role, previous experience, skills, knowledge, performance, work requirements, internal equity, and business / economic conditions.
Summary of Key ResponsibilitiesPeer-to-Peer Strategy & HCP Engagement
- Lead the strategy, planning, and evolution of TARPEYO's peer-to-peer channel, including Speaker Bureau and National Congress engagement, to drive HCP education, advocacy, and adoption.
- Define and deliver HCP education objectives, programs, and resources that achieve overall educational and brand goals, aligning initiatives to the HCP decision journey and measurable business outcomes.
- Shape and continuously optimize the Speaker Bureau model, including faculty strategy, program formats, targeting, training, and execution in partnership with the field and cross-functional teams.
- Establish and evolve performance measurement frameworks for peer-to-peer initiatives, translating insights into strategic optimization and future planning.
- Translate insights and feedback from peer-to-peer programs into actionable recommendations to inform brand strategy, message refinement, and broader HCP engagement.
Conference Management
- Lead the strategic planning and activation of national congress presence, ensuring differentiated positioning, high-value customer engagement, and coordinated cross-channel pull-through.
- Oversee all aspects of congress execution, including budgeting, contracting, logistics, product theaters, and post-conference reviews, with a focus on maximizing strategic impact and ROI.
