Sr. Manager of Systems (Financial / 3E)

Support financial processes including time entry, billing, accounts payable, accounts receivable, collections, general ledger, budgeting, forecasting, reporting, month-end/year-end close, client and matter intake, and rate management. Sr. Manager of Systems (Financial / 3E) position is available for a FULL TIME opportunity that is requiring 3 days onsite/week in downtown NYC (near Battery Park)

Some highlights of the role -

• The role sits at the intersection of IT and Finance and will have significant responsibility for Elite 3E, financial systems modernization, process improvement, data/integrations, and partnering with Finance leadership.
• Serve as a subject matter expert for financial technology, particularly Elite 3E.
• Analyze existing financial processes and recommend opportunities for automation, standardization, and improvement.
• Support financial processes including time entry, billing, accounts payable, accounts receivable, collections, general ledger, budgeting, forecasting, reporting, month-end/year-end close, client and matter intake, and rate management.
• Looking for someone with strong 3E experience and financial-process knowledge, ideally from a law firm or professional-services environment
• Salary is from 220 - 230k base
