The Sr. Manager, NA Project Development (Remote) at Hach is responsible for driving sales growth in North America through strategic project sales and development. This remote role involves leading a high-performing project sales team, developing and executing sales strategies, and collaborating with stakeholders such as E&Cs, EPCs, SIs, and OEMs. The position requires 10+ years of experience in commercial sales, marketing, product management, or business development, and 6-8 years of people leadership experience. A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Chemistry, Biology, Environmental Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience) is required. Industry experience in water, infrastructure, construction, or engineering is preferred. The compensation range is $150,000 - $175,000 USD per year, with eligibility for bonus pay and a comprehensive benefits package.
