    Key Responsibilities

    Work directly with multiple departments, leveraging reporting

    expertise and combining master data and technical knowledge to optimize,

    maintain, and implement data governance frameworks and procedures. Manage the

    processes of data stewards and subject matter experts (SMEs) while staying

    abreast of industry advancements. Develop and deliver data governance training

    programs. Collaborate with IT teams to design and implement data governance

    tools and technologies. Monitor compliance with data governance policies and

    procedures, ensuring adherence to relevant regulatory requirements. Protect

    company reporting assets and maintain network and server security.


    Qualifications

    Bachelors degree

     5+ years of experience in data governance, data management, or a related field.

    Experience in developing and implementing data governance frameworks.

    Knowledge of relevant regulatory requirements (e.g., General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA)).
