    As the Sr. Manager, Loyalty Go-to-Market, you will set the direction and lead end-to-end promotional planning for My Best Buy Memberships, leading a team that delivers high-impact execution across stores and digital channels. You will translate membership priorities, customer insights, category strategies, and financial targets into compelling, executable promotions that increase the membership base, drive sales and margin, increase traffic and member frequency, and deepen customer engagement. You will be accountable for offer investment decisions and in-year trade-offs, balancing customer value, financial performance, and executional feasibility to maximize profitable growth. The Sr. Manager serves as the connective point across Category Management, Pricing, Marketing, Finance, Digital Content, Technology, and Retail Operations, aligning partners on priorities, decisions, and delivery.

    This role is hybrid, which means you will be required to work on site Monday through Thursday at the Best Buy corporate office in Richfield, Minnesota. You can work virtually from home or another non‑Best Buy location on Friday. The recruiter or hiring manager will provide more details during the hiring process.

    What you'll do

    • Own membership promotional planning and execution, actively managing the promotional calendar, offer investment, and budget performance while optimizing targeted loyalty offers to accelerate acquisition, engagement, retention, and profitable growth.
    • Establish the offer measurement framework, evaluate offer performance and translate customer and financial insights into recommendations that shape future campaigns and strategies.
    • Leads and facilitates recurring cross-functional business rhythms with Pricing, Marketing, Sales Enablement, and Digital Creative teams to strengthen execution, set priorities and deliver effective business outcomes.
    • Set the vision and roadmap for the omnichannel member experience, ensuring member benefits and promotional offers are consistently delivered across sales and fulfillment channels.
    • Lead, coach, and develop a team of analysts. Establish priorities, clarify accountabilities, and build capabilities that improve membership performance.

    Basic qualifications

    • 5 or more years of experience in category or brand marketing, category management, pricing or promotion management or relevant business team experience.
    • 3 or more years of cross-functional leadership and influence
    • 3 or more years of people management experience
    • Demonstrated analytical and data interpretation skills

    Preferred qualifications

    • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
    • Process improvement or project management skills
    • Experience with loyalty, lifecycle, CRM, retail, or omnichannel marketing programs
    • Experience with campaign measurement, budget tracking, process improvement, or project management tools.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, with the ability to create clear performance updates for business partners.
