We are looking for a Senior Manager, Legal Operations who brings the discipline of a finance manager to
the legal function. This role sits at the intersection of legal, finance, data, and analytics, responsible for
the budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and financial analytics that keep the Legal Department running
efficiently. The ideal candidate is a numbers-driven operator who has spent time in Legal Operations and
understands how to translate legal spend, matter data, and vendor performance into clear, decision-ready
reporting for leadership.
This is a highly analytical, reporting-intensive position. Much of your week will be spent building,
automating, and refining dashboards, financial models, and recurring reports that give the Chief Legal
Officer and executive stakeholders visibility into cost, efficiency, and risk.
Your Responsibilities on the Team

Physical & Office/Site Presence Requirements:
This is primarily a sedentary office position which requires the incumbent to have the ability to

General Overview of Compensation & Benefits:
We reasonably expect the base compensation offered for this position to range from an annual salary of $137,900.00 - $172,400, subject to adjustment based on business-related factors such as employee qualifications, geographic pay differentials (e.g., cost of labor/living, etc.), and operational considerations.
