Description
Our client, a global customer experience and business process services company, is seeking a Senior Manager, IT Infrastructure & Cloud to support its ongoing technology modernization and cloud transformation initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Lead and optimize cloud infrastructure across Azure and AWS environments.
- Drive the transition from traditional on-premises infrastructure to cloud-based solutions.
- Oversee infrastructure operations, including servers, networking, storage, virtualization, and hybrid environments.
- Identify opportunities to improve scalability, reliability, security, and operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with technology teams to advance cloud adoption and infrastructure modernization.
- Proven experience leading IT infrastructure and cloud operations.
- Strong experience with Microsoft Azure; AWS experience preferred.
- Background in traditional infrastructure, including servers, networking, virtualization, and storage.
- Experience with cloud migration, modernization, and hybrid infrastructure environments.
- Strong technical problem-solving, leadership, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
