Your Opportunity

At Schwab, you're empowered to make an impact on your career. Here, innovative thought meets creative problem solving, helping us challenge the status quo and transform the finance industry together.

We believe in the importance of in-office collaboration and fully intend for the selected candidate for this role to work on site in the specified location(s).

Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis without employer sponsorship.

Schwab's newly formed Investment Platforms, Solutions, and Strategy (SIPPS) organization brings together leaders across existing and emerging investment product areas, including digital assets, private markets, third-party products and platforms, separately managed accounts, digital advice, and product strategy. This team is focused on building a premier investment product suite that meets the evolving needs of Schwab clients while supporting long-term business growth.

Within this organization, the Senior Manager, Investment Offer Strategy will be part of the Investment & Offer Solutions group, a team responsible for shaping strategy across proprietary Separately Managed Account products and third-party product marketplaces, including alternative investments, managed accounts, mutual funds, ETFs, structured products, fixed income, annuities and insurance, and 529 solutions. This role sits at the center of important strategic questions: where should Schwab invest next, how should the offer portfolio evolve over the next 3-5 years, and how can Schwab continue to differentiate its platforms in a changing investment landscape?

In this role, you will own discrete components of the long-term offer strategy and serve as a strategic thought partner on high-visibility initiatives from problem framing through executive decision-making. You will use Product Strategy, Strategic Thinking, Market Research, Competitive Analysis, Modeling, and Risk Assessment to evaluate new opportunities, synthesize complex information, and develop clear recommendations that help influence business direction. Your work will require close collaboration across Retail, Advisor Services, Workplace, Schwab Asset Management, and corporate partners such as Risk, Finance, Legal, and Compliance to shape go-forward offer strategy that supports clients, RIAs, asset managers, and Schwab.

This is a strong opportunity for someone who enjoys solving ambiguous business problems, connecting market and client insights to actionable strategy, and influencing outcomes through executive-level communication. You will deepen your strategy expertise while gaining broad exposure across investment products, platforms, and senior leadership. The role is well suited for someone who is curious, adaptable, highly resourceful, and energized by work that blends analytical thinking, collaboration, and business impact.

  • Ability to use Strategic Thinking and Product Strategy to frame ambiguous business problems, evaluate alternatives, and develop recommendations that support long-term business outcomes

  • Strong Written Communication skills with the ability to develop executive-level communications and presentations that articulate vision, strategy, recommendations, and progress
  • Ability to collaborate across business lines and corporate functions while adapting recommendations based on stakeholder needs, business priorities, and risk considerations
