Who You'll Work With
Reports to: Director, Infrastructure & Endpoint Services
We are looking for a seasoned, hands-on technical leader to join our team as Sr. Manager, Infrastructure Engineering. This high-impact role is responsible for driving strategy, prioritization, and execution across systems, cloud, and network engineering. You will lead a team of five engineers and partner closely with Enterprise Architecture, Information Security, and Support to deliver reliable, scalable, and secure infrastructure.
The right person for this role is comfortable setting technical direction while staying close to the work; partnering directly with the team to deliver results. You thrive in environments where strong people, processes, and infrastructure matter equally.

Slalom is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. For this role, we are hiring at the following levels and targeted base pay salary ranges: The targeted base salary pay range for this position is $150,000 to 175,000. In addition, individuals may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. Actual compensation will depend upon an individual's skills, experience, qualifications, location, and other relevant factors. The salary pay range is subject to change and may be modified at any time.
