Position Purpose:
The Senior Manager, Human Resources Business Partner serves as a trusted advisor to senior business leaders within Global Brands & Product Development (GBPD), partnering closely with a Senior Vice President, Vice Presidents, and leadership teams across Global Sourcing, Product Engineering, and Crown Bolt. This role is responsible for translating business strategy into talent and organizational strategies that accelerate growth, strengthen leadership capability, and enhance associate engagement across a globally distributed workforce.
The HR Business Partner will lead the development and execution of talent strategies that attract, retain, and develop top talent while ensuring organizational structures, leadership capabilities, and workforce plans align to evolving business objectives. Acting as a strategic consultant to leaders, the role provides guidance on organizational effectiveness, succession planning, talent assessment, change management, culture, and associate relations.
Given the global nature of the organization, this position partners closely with teams and leaders across North America, Asia, Europe, and Latin America to drive consistent people practices while recognizing regional business and cultural considerations. The successful candidate will possess strong business acumen, experience supporting global organizations, and the ability to influence senior leaders through periods of growth, transformation, and change.
