About the Job:
The Senior Manager, Global Logistics is a strategic, operationally driven leader responsible for the end-to-end tracking, execution, and continuous optimization of domestic and international shipments of patient specimens and critical materials in support of FMI's diagnostic testing network. This role owns logistics performance (speed, quality, cost, compliance), leads carrier/3PL strategy, and partners cross-functionally with Laboratory Operations, Client Services, Quality, Regulatory, Procurement, and Finance to ensure specimens and materials move reliably, compliantly, and with the integrity required for patient-impacting testing.
The Senior Manager will strengthen and scale FMI's logistics capability through standardization, SOP governance, data/analytics, and risk management, ensuring readiness for audits and resilience to disruption while enabling growth and service excellence.

The expected salary range for this position based on the primary location of Boston, MA is $143, 500 - $179,300 per year. The salary range is commensurate with Foundation Medicines compensation practice and considers factors including, but not limited to, education, training, experience, external market conditions, criticality of role, and internal equity. A discretionary annual bonus may be available based on individual and Company performance. This position also qualifies for Foundation Medicine''s benefits.
