Position Purpose:
The Senior Manager, Finance Product Management is responsible for defining and delivering the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for the Core Finance domain within the SAP S/4HANA enterprise transformation program. This role partners closely with Finance business leaders, technology teams, and transformation stakeholders to develop scalable product solutions that support finance business capabilities and drive measurable business value. The successful candidate will bring deep expertise in Finance processes, Product Management, and SAP S/4HANA capabilities, with experience leading cross-functional teams through enterprise-scale transformation initiatives.
The person is responsible for driving the cross-functional product teams to find the fastest way to achieve business goals and value around those needs. Guides the team through the prioritization of the initiatives based on corporate strategic priorities, localized priorities, and keeping the business running. The Product Management Sr. Manager focuses on guiding and executing the delivery of business value by improving efficiency and improve customer satisfaction through the production of quality technology products. Within their designated enterprise product line, Sr. Managers work closely with teams of developers, designers and business partners. The person should have an in-depth experience in the areas of software development life cycle in a product centric operating model. Responsible for attracting, retaining and developing top talent assessing internal priorities.
They guide in-depth business reviews, communicate and present across all levels of the organization and support cross-functional product teams. The Product Management Sr. Manager leads the strategy to deliver quality products that add value. The Sr. Manager is skilled and experienced in generating innovative ideas for growth within their respective areas and across the Product Management organization. The Product Management Sr. Manager must exhibit the ability to lead managers and their teams and drive change management and process improvements. The Product Management Sr. Manager often leads senior-level Product Managers and/or leads teams of Product Managers that are responsible for higher-profile, more impactful products.

8-10 years of experience in Product Management, Finance Transformation, ERP Programs, or related disciplines.
Deep understanding of Finance business processes and operating models.
Experience leading product development within Agile product operating models.
Proven ability to define product roadmaps, manage backlogs, and prioritize investments.
Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills.
Experience collaborating with Finance, Technology, and Business Operations teams.
Hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA Finance solutions and enterprise ERP implementations.
Experience with enterprise workflow technologies such as Service Now, Jira, and Power Apps
Partner with Finance stakeholders to define business capabilities, requirements, and target operating models.
Lead product discovery and prioritization activities to maximize business value and customer outcomes.
Translate Finance business needs into scalable SAP S/4HANA-enabled solutions.
Drive alignment across Finance, Technology, Architecture, and Transformation teams.
Ensure solutions support key Finance processes including:
Record-to-Report (R2R)

Proficiency in guiding more junior team members through Product Management fundamentals in a professional setting
