Reporting to: Executive Director of Analytics, Insights, Customer Operations
About This Role
The Sr. Manager, Field Reporting & Analytics serves as an analytics partner to the field organization and the commercial leadership team. This role will lead field reporting, dashboard solutions, and sub-national analytics that support business decision-making across national, regional, territory, account, and customer levels. This individual will translate complex business questions into actionable insights and dashboard reporting analytics. The successful candidate will be equally comfortable working directly with complex data sets and partnering with internal partners to identify opportunities, solve business challenges, and improve commercial outcomes.

Required Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Analytics, Finance, Marketing, Life Sciences, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
- 8+ years of progressive experience in commercial analytics, field analytics, sales analytics, commercial operations, or a related function within pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or healthcare organizations.
- Strong proficiency with business intelligence and analytics tools such as Power BI, Excel, and SQL. Experience with Veeva CRM, alignment management software, and enterprise reporting platforms.
- Demonstrated experience supporting field analytics and reporting, including dashboards, KPI development, field performance measurement, and commercial insight generation.
- Experience working with pharmaceutical commercial data, including claims, prescription, patient-level, account, distributor, specialty pharmacy, CRM, activity, and third-party datasets.
- Experience translating complex analyses into clear, actionable recommendations for business leaders.
- Strong project management, communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Demonstrated ability to influence cross-functional teams and operate effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Additional Information:
The base compensation range for this role is $160,000 - $190,000. Compensation is determined through an analytical approach utilizing a combination of factors including, but not limited to, relevant skills & experience, job location, and internal equity.
