Sr. Manager of Field Enablement North America
As a Sr. Manager of Field Enablement for North America at Rubrik you occupy a high-impact leadership role at the intersection of strategy and field execution. Rubrik operates in a hyper-growth environment and this role is specifically designed to bridge the gap between global corporate strategy and the regional nuances of the North American theater.
Role Purpose
The Sr. Manager of Field Enablement Americas is an individual contributor role responsible for the productivity and readiness of the sales organization. You will architect and scale enablement programs-from onboarding to advanced value selling-ensuring that Account Executives in these regions are equipped to communicate Rubriks Zero Trust Data Security and AI-driven resilience value propositions effectively.
Key Responsibilities
Regional Strategy & Roadmap aligned to Global Enablement programs and programs based on the needs analysis and gaps by Leadership
Gap Analysis Conduct regular assessments of the sales teams skills and performance to identify regional &34readiness gaps.&34
Executive Partnership Act as the primary strategic partner to the Americas Regional Directors aligning enablement KPIs with regional revenue targets.
Program Development & Delivery
Onboarding Manage a world-class onboarding journey that reduces ramp time for new hires
Methodology Mastery Drive the adoption of Rubriks chosen sales methodology e.g. MEDDICC Command of the Message to ensure consistency in pipeline qualification and deal execution.
Metrics & Operational Excellence
Data-Driven Insights Track and report on enablement impact via CRM Salesforce and Sales Engagement tools Clari.
KPI Ownership Measure success through metrics such as quota attainment win rates and the adoption of new product plays.
Qualifications & Experience
Experience 10&43 years in Sales Enablement Sales Operations or Sales Leadership within a high-growth SaaS or Cybersecurity environment.
Leadership 3&43 years of previous experience leading sales teams with a proven ability to manage remote staff across Americas
Market Knowledge Deep understanding of the North American sales landscape including regional business practices and the competitive cybersecurity market.
Technical Stack Proficiency with Salesforce HighspotSeismic CMS and LMS platforms. Experience with AI-assisted coaching tools is a major plus.

The minimum and maximum base salaries for this role are posted below additionally the role is eligible for bonus potential equity and benefits. The range displayed reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the role based on U.S. location. Within the range the salary offered will be determined by work location and additional factors including job-related skills experience and relevant education or training.
