Job Description

The Acquisition Senior Manager leads enterprise customer acquisition strategy and transformation by connecting acquisition activities across channels, customer segments, distribution partners, and business functions into a more integrated, effective, and scalable system. This role develops acquisition strategies, operating models, governance frameworks, and future-state approaches that drive sustainable growth while balancing profitability, customer experience, and operational efficiency.

Working across marketing, product, distribution, finance, and technology, the Acquisition Senior Manager identifies new growth opportunities, aligns enterprise priorities, and guides the adoption of innovative acquisition capabilities. Through strong acquisition expertise, systems thinking, people leadership, and cross-functional influence, this role helps shape the future of customer acquisition by creating scalable solutions, improving enterprise performance, and enabling long-term business value

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify acquisition opportunities, gaps, and inefficiencies across channels, customer segments, and distribution models, and develop strategies that improve growth, profitability, and customer experiences.
  • Translate industry trends, customer behavior shifts, and emerging capabilities into actionable acquisition strategies that support long-term competitive advantage.
  • Design future-state acquisition strategies that expand reach, unlock new sources of demand, and create differentiated ways to attract and engage incremental shoppers.
  • Integrate fragmented acquisition activities into a unified enterprise acquisition framework that aligns how customers are sourced, engaged, nurtured, and converted throughout the lead lifecycle.
  • Establish the strategic foundation for transformation initiatives by guiding acquisition capability maturity through a deliberate roadmap that balances near-term impact with long-term innovation.
  • Redesign business processes and operating models to improve scalability, adaptability, and the ability to use emerging capabilities.
  • Develop governance, decision rights, and operating guardrails that enable consistent enterprise execution while preserving business flexibility.
  • Partner with stakeholders across marketing, product, distribution, finance, and technology to align priorities and drive enterprise-wide adoption of acquisition approaches.
  • Optimize acquisition performance against enterprise objectives by balancing growth, profitability, customer experience, and operational efficiency.
  • Evaluate acquisition strategies and operating models, and identify opportunities to improve outcomes and unlock additional value.

Experience

Compensation

Base compensation offered for this role is $160,200 -$214,200 annually and is based on experience and qualifications.

  • Total compensation for this role is comprised of several factors, including the base compensation outlined above, plus incentive pay (i.e. commission, bonus, etc.) as applicable for the role.

The candidate(s) offered this position will be required to submit to a background investigation.
