The ideal candidate brings strong technical leadership, experience managing analytics teams, and a proven ability to align data solutions with business objectives. Now Hiring: Senior Manager, Data & Analytics
Our client is seeking a Senior Manager, Data & Analytics to lead a high-performing team responsible for enterprise data engineering, business intelligence, and analytics reporting. This is a highly visible leadership role where you'll drive data strategy, modernize architecture, and partner with business leaders to deliver impactful data-driven solutions.
✅ Lead data engineering, BI, and analytics teams
✅ Drive Azure Data Factory, Azure Synapse Analytics, Power BI, and Microsoft Fabric initiatives
✅ Shape data architecture modernization and governance strategy
✅ Partner with Finance, Supply Chain, Logistics, and executive stakeholders
✅ Balance hands-on technical leadership with project management and people leadership responsibilities
We're looking for a leader with experience in data engineering, analytics, cloud data platforms, team management, and enterprise reporting environments. Microsoft Fabric experience is highly preferred.
