Seeking an experienced Sr Manager, Commercial & Integration Lead to drive growth in the acquisition segment, focusing on sales strategy, performance optimization, and seamless integration of new businesses.
Lead forecasting, business reviews, and pipeline management for service and modernization sales.
Manage marketing execution and coach sales teams to exceed targets.
Support regional training programs and CRM tools.
Collaborate with leadership and branches to achieve strategic goals.
Enhance customer relationships and identify new opportunities.
Develop and implement integration playbooks for acquisitions.
Serve as primary contact for sales and integration processes.
Ideal candidates have 5+ years of sales experience, strong leadership and communication skills, and the ability to work in a dynamic, team-oriented environment. Industry experience is preferred. The role requires up to 25% travel, with preferred residence in select U.S. markets. The salary range is $155,000 to $190,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
